‘The spirit of the times inspired this collection,’ shares Globe-Trotter’s creative director, Couli Jobert. ‘There was a need to bring a feminine touch to a brand with a very strong masculine connotation.’ The result is a silhouette that blends heritage craftsmanship with a light, graceful sensibility. Constructed from Globe-Trotter’s signature vulcanised fibreboard and finished with robust leather trim, it’s designed to go wherever the day (or night) may lead. Practicality hasn’t been overlooked. A secure front lock-closure keeps belongings safe on the move, while a detachable shoulder strap transforms the top-handle design into an easy crossbody or shoulder bag. A key hides just beneath the lid, a charming detail and an endearing nod to the secrets one collects along their travels.

True to Globe-Trotter tradition, the new handbags carry the brand’s signature codes: the distinctive leather corners, luggage-style handle and subtle studded accents that whisper of adventure. ‘Elegance and sophistication for a modern and active woman’ was the guiding design philosophy, says Jobert. The attention to detail runs deep, from the lambskin interior lining to the tactile comfort of the leather top-handle. The colour palette is deliberately classic – warm neutrals and timeless tones that lend themselves seamlessly to both daywear and evening dress codes. ‘We wanted shades that could carry someone through all facets of their lifestyle,’ Jobert explains. ‘Classic and elegant colours suitable for day and evening wear.’
