International shipping is complimentary for all online orders.
We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 working days. However it may take up to 8 weeks if the items you have selected are still being manufactured (please check dispatch time on the product page “Item dispatched within 3-5 working days” or “Item dispatched within 4-8 weeks”.
Estimated delivery times should be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Globe-Trotter is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

We offer complimentary UPS delivery to the UK. Dispatched orders are normally delivered within 3 working days, between 9am and 6pm. Someone will need to be available to sign for your order, otherwise it will be kept by DHL so that you can rearrange the delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a UPS email with your tracking code, so that you can monitor your delivery until it arrives.
For customers outside of the EU, UK sales tax (VAT) will be removed during checkout. You may be charged local sales tax at point of delivery dependent on your local tax laws.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items purchase online may be returned for a refund or an exchange within 28 days of the order’s arrival, provided they are in perfect condition and with their original packaging and receipt intact.
Return shipping fees will be covered by the customer.
