Sending Your Case & Alternatives

Lead time: 3-4 weeks
Storage: Please kindly note that due to limited storage capacity, we are not able to hold cases at our store.
Shipping: You are welcome to collect your case from the store free of charge.
For return shipping, there is a flat-rate charge.
UK: £20 Europe: £80 ROW: £120
*For customers outside the EU, please be aware that you may be charged local sales tax at point of delivery dependent on your local tax laws. ** Suitcases which are returned due to the courier not being able to deliver them will be disposed of unless alternative arrangements are made.

If your case has been damaged by an airline and you wish to claim costs back on insurance, an official quotation can be sent to you upon request.
