Delivery Information

Shipping is complimentary for all online orders including import duties and taxes paid.

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch in stock orders within 2-3 working days.

Made to Order items will take time to craft before they are ready for dispatch. Please check dispatch time on the product page for more information.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times are a guide from the date of dispatch.

UK Delivery

We offer complimentary FedEx delivery to the UK. Dispatched orders are delivered within 2-3 working days, between 9am and 6pm. 

International Delivery

Enjoy complimentary FedEx delivery worldwide, complete with import duties and taxes Prepaid (Excluding Canada) for smooth and convenient shopping.

Dispatched orders are normally delivered within 2-5 working days, between 9am and 6pm.

If you require an item to be delivered to you sooner, please contact the store at store@globe-trotter.com or +44 (0) 2075 295 950 before placing your order and we will do our very best to accommodate your request.

If your order is being delivered outside of the United Kingdom, it may be subject to delays due to customs clearance beyond our control. 

Please note:  Last order dates for Christmas delivery may vary by product. Please check the product page for more information. 

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a FedEx email with your tracking code, so that you can monitor your delivery until it arrives.

Import Duties and Taxes

Import duties, handling fees and taxes are included in your total to make international shipping easier. 

 

Returns & Exchanges

Online purchases

Items purchased online may be returned for a refund or an exchange within 28 days of the order’s arrival, provided they are in perfect condition and with their original packaging intact.

If you wish to return or exchange an item please contact our London Flagship store at +44 (0) 2075 295 950 or by e-mail at store@globe-trotter.com and we will arrange everything for you.  

In-store purchases

Items purchased in-store may be returned for an exchange or a store credit within 28 days of purchase, provided the item is in perfect condition and with their original packaging and receipt intact.

Custom, Bespoke and Personalised items

Items that have been personalised or made to order (Bespoke/Custom) can be neither exchanged nor refunded.
