International shipping is complimentary for all online orders

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 working days. However, it may take up to 5 weeks if the items you have selected are being made to order (please check dispatch time on the product page).

Delivery

Estimated delivery times are a guide from the date of dispatch.

If you require an item to be delivered to you sooner, please contact the store at store@globe-trotter.com or +44 (0)207 529 5950 before placing your order, and we will do our very best to accommodate your request.

If your order is being delivered outside of the United Kingdom, it may be subject to delays due to customs clearance.

UK Delivery

We offer complimentary UPS delivery to the UK. Dispatched orders are normally delivered within 3 working days, between 9am and 6pm. Someone will need to be available to sign for your order, otherwise it will be kept by UPS so that you can rearrange the delivery.

International Delivery

We offer complimentary UPS delivery in all countries. Dispatched orders are normally delivered within 5 working days, between 9am and 6pm.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a UPS email with your tracking code, so that you can monitor your delivery until it arrives.

Sales Tax

Duties and taxes are included in your total to make international shipping easier. However, clients in USA and Canada may need to pay local sales tax

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Online purchases

Items purchased online may be returned for a refund or an exchange within 28 days of the order’s arrival, provided they are in perfect condition and with their original packaging and receipt intact.

Return shipping fees will be covered by the customer.

In-store purchases

Items purchased in-store may be returned for an exchange or a store credit within 28 days of purchase, provided the item is in perfect condition and with their original packaging and receipt intact.

Bespoke and personalised items

Please note that items that have been personalised or made to order (Bespoke) can be neither exchanged nor refunded.
