Globe-Trotter Launches Made-To-Order, Handcrafted Evening Bag Collection In Celebration Of BAFTA Partnership - GLOBE-TROTTER

The esteemed heritage brand Globe-Trotter, boasting a 119 year history and a long-standing relationship with the film industry, is proud to announce a partnership with the EE British Academy Film Awards in 2016, with the launch of their first made-to-order evening bag service.

This partnership brings together two brands firmly placed in the minds of many as British institutions, and celebrates Globe-Trotter’s long standing reputation for luxury craftsmanship and their role as this year’s Official Gift Bag Partner, along with BAFTA’s legacy of supporting British film talent.

The service, which complements Globe-Trotter’s existing bespoke luggage offering, allows customers to create their own unique box clutch from a selection of colours of Globe-Trotter’s iconic vulcanised fibreboard, leather, fittings and linings to create a truly unique combination. Customers are now able to extend their existing Globe-Trotter collection with a one-of-a-kind hand crafted box bag.

Globe-Trotter’s relationship with British film spans a century including product appearing in the Bond films Skyfall and Spectre. Globe-Trotter cases are also carried by some of the world’s most critically acclaimed actors and actresses including Rachel Weisz, Daniel Craig and Eddie Redmayne. Prices for this service start at £650 and the collection is available to view in Black, Gunmetal Grey, Ivory and Orient in the Globe-Trotter flagship store at 35 Albemarle Street.
