If your order is being delivered outside of the United Kingdom, it may be subject to delays due to customs clearance.
We offer complimentary FedEx delivery to the UK. Dispatched orders are normally delivered within 3 working days, between 9am and 6pm. Someone will need to be available to sign for your order, otherwise it will be kept by FedEx so that you can rearrange the delivery.
We offer complimentary FedEx delivery in all countries. Dispatched orders are normally delivered within 5 working days, between 9am and 6pm.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a FedEx email with your tracking code, so that you can monitor your delivery until it arrives.
Import duties and taxes are included in your total to make international shipping easier. However, clients in USA and Canada may need to pay local sales tax.
Returns & Exchanges
Items purchased online may be returned for a refund or an exchange within 28 days of the order’s arrival, provided they are in perfect condition and with their original packaging and receipt intact.
Return shipping fees will be covered by the customer.
Items purchased in-store may be returned for an exchange or a store credit within 28 days of purchase, provided the item is in perfect condition and with their original packaging and receipt intact.
Bespoke and personalised items

Payments are accepted via credit card, debit card or PayPal. Accepted credit cards are Visa, Maestro, Master Card, AMEX.
