The Centenary 3-Slot Watch Case is a compact expression of craftsmanship and character, designed for collectors who prefer to travel with just a few select timepieces. It offers a secure and stylish way to carry watches in a case that reflects a refined sense of purpose.

Constructed in England from vulcanised fibreboard, the case is finished with hand-applied black leather corners and rich gold-tone fittings. The result is a quietly luxurious piece that blends traditional technique with timeless design language, all in a compact format ideal for travel or daily use.

Inside, three compartments are lined in soft chamel fabric and fitted with individual cushioned inserts. Watches remain cradled in place, protected from scratches and movement while on the go. The pale interior sets a clean backdrop against the black exterior, highlighting the elegance of the contents within.

Whether packed into a suitcase, kept close in a briefcase or gifted to a fellow enthusiast, this case is an understated essential for horological care. Its small size belies the craft and consideration behind every detail.

Vulcanised Fibreboard

The main structure of the Jewellery Box is crafted from Globe-Trotter’s proprietary Vulcanised Fibreboard, comprising 14 layers of recycled paper, cotton, and wood pulp from sustainable sources. These layers are bonded with zinc and compressed under steam and pressure, resulting in a shell that is exceptionally lightweight, strong, and exclusive to Globe-Trotter. This material is chosen for its unmatched durability and its refined, iconic appearance.

Vegetable-Tanned Leather

All leather elements, including the hand-moulded corners, trims, handles and fastening details, are made from vegetable-tanned hide. This traditional tanning method uses only natural plant extracts to create leather of exceptional strength and character. Over time, it develops a rich patina, ensuring that every case becomes ever more individual with each journey.

Ethical Sourcing

All leather is ethically sourced, with full traceability and a commitment to animal welfare and environmentally responsible practices.

Internal Tray and Compartments

The interior features a removable wooden tray, precisely crafted for lightness and structure. The tray and compartments are lined with soft, premium cotton or cotton-blend fabric to protect jewellery and delicate items from scratches. Each compartment is finished with hand-cut vegetable-tanned leather trims for an elevated touch.

Handle

The top handle is made from reinforced, vegetable-tanned leather, bonded, pressed, and hand-finished to deliver comfort and durability.

Lining

The interior, including the tray and compartments, is lined with finely woven cotton or cotton-blend fabric, chosen for its gentle feel and long-lasting quality.

Locks and Hardware

The Jewellery Box is equipped with a precision-engineered combination lock and fittings crafted from carbon steel or solid brass, finished in gold, chrome, or signature tones. Each piece of hardware is selected for its secure functionality and refined aesthetic.

Serial Plaque

A unique, individually numbered metal plaque is placed inside every Jewellery Box, certifying authenticity and providing a lasting mark of provenance.
